Warranty coverage and duration vary depending on the brand and are determined by the respective brand's official service center.

Repairs and maintenance are handled by the official service centers of the respective brands.

Customers must contact the official service center of the brand for warranty claims and repairs.

ALSAFA BRANDS: CASIO, G-SHOCK, Q&Q.

We are not responsible for any decisions made by the brand's service centers regarding warranty claims.
